Shipping
Shopping on-line is not always easy; so, we are picking up the shipping charges! Both ways. If you need to return an item, please start your return by emailing us at options@interruptedapparel.com.
We are a small startup so we send our shipments out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Most shipments arrive within 5-7 days. If your order states it has been delivered but you have not received, please contact us so we can help!
Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method. Be cool: send items back in original condition. You can start a return by emailing us at options@interruptedapparel.com.
Sizing
We are brilliant - we’ve interrupted women’s sizing! Someone that is 5’4” and has a 31-inch waist does NOT have the same leg length as someone that is 5’10” and has a 31-inch waist. Why are length options not readily available in women’s clothing? Currently, all of our sizes come in 3 different inseams and are adjustable for the perfect length. We will be adding lengths and sizes as we grow! If you do not see your size - tell us. This is a small start-up but we would like to continue to add lengths and sizes as we grow! Pricing
We get it, our products are not inexpensive. That’s actually the point…stay with us. Here’s why: making something in the U.S., out of sustainable/recycled fabrics, while paying workers a livable wage is not cheap. Each garment is exponentially more expensive to make than one made unethically. This is ethical-fashion not fast-fashion.
